Next, join a discovery day and meet the support teams. You will also have the chance to talk with existing franchisees. This is your chance to ask questions, review expectations and gain insights into our culture, operations and support system.

Create a personalized business plan. Set financial projections, develop a local market strategy for your desired market. Don't worry, we will provide you with templates and support to shape a realistic plan.
Executive Review and Approval

Sign Your Franchise Agreement
Next, review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and franchise terms. Sign your agreement and officially become a Recipe franchise partner with a protected market/ territory and brand license.
Site Selection and Buildout
Our real estate team will help identify and secure your ideal location. Once your ideal location is secured, our expert design and construction team will help with design, permitting and the construction of your restaurant.
Training, Opening and Ongoing Support
Training and Pre-Opening
Complete hands-on immersive training inside one of our corporate-owned restaurants. Training length varies by brand. Learn day-to-day operations, including guest service, food prep, staffing, inventory and POS systems. Receive on-site support from our training and operations team in the days leading up to and during your grand opening.
